Ms. Phuong is one of the founders and the current Chairperson of VCSC. She also founded Viet Capital Fund Management and serves as its Chairperson. Ms. Phuong has many years of experience in the financial industry, having worked in asset management and in financial management positions in large corporations. She holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Banking and Finance from the National Economics University, Viet nam, and an MBA in Finance Management from the National University in Geneva, Switzerland.
